How much does KIDO cost for parents?
KIDO is completely free for parents. You only pay for the trial lesson itself (if the school charges for it) — and that goes directly to the school via Stripe. No fees on top.
What if the trial doesn't suit my child?
Many schools offer Probe-Garantie — 100% money back if the trial doesn't fit. Look for the badge in the catalogue. Refund is a single click from your parent dashboard.
Can I book for multiple children at once?
Yes. Click '+ another child' in the booking form — one request for the whole family. From the second child onwards you get an automatic 10% sibling discount.
How is data protected?
All data lives in Frankfurt (Supabase eu-central-1), DPA signed with every school, German-language privacy policy. You can export or delete your data anytime from the dashboard.
When am I charged?
For paid trials: immediately on confirmation via Stripe Checkout. Free trials don't need a card. Money goes straight to the school — KIDO never stores payment data.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, before the lesson starts — free cancellation from /me. After the school has confirmed, refund depends on school terms (usually 24h notice).
